FAQs

Dublin Village FAQ

How big are your townhomes compared to the surrounding area student housing options?

On average our townhomes are 30% larger and with a lower rent

Each townhome has an attached 2 vehicle garage

We will never charge you to park your vehicle in the approved area. Irish Crossings has 2 additional spots on the driveway and 1 at the front door. Wexford Place also has 2 additional spots on the driveway plus multiple open guest parking spots. Dublin Village does not have driveway room to park but it does have open street parking.

Each townhome is furnished individually to have its own unique style with home-like furniture, meaning no plain dorm/apartment bulk furniture! The units have couches, tables, chairs, smart TV, balcony, and many have an easy-start fireplace. Rooms have a firm double sided queen or full bed, night stand, dresser, and a desk with chair.

The 87, Foundry, University Edge, Irish Flats and Irish Row are built like dorms or hotels, sharing hallways and neighboring units are separated by only one standard layer of wall, whereas our townhomes have firewalls between each townhome making it very difficult to hear anything coming from your neighbors, other than extremely loud music.

While any area can be targeted on a given occasion, our properties are considered by many as the safest places to live and has security to keep the tenants safe. We remind tenants to always lock the house door, keep windows closed and locked, remove valuable items from their vehicles and lock the doors.
